Beatrice Cox-Riesenfelder

Beatrice Cox-Riesenfelder is Managing Director of ORF-Enterprise, the commercial arm of the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation ORF. She is responsible for finance, international content distribution, licensing and music publishing. Beatrice has been involved with IAA since the beginning of her career in advertising.

The Austrian Chapter with 300 members is very successful, combining a perfect mix of marketers, advertising agencies, ad sales houses and publishers.

In her career, Cox-Riesenfelder started working in advertising & marketing for newspapers (Der Standard) and leading life style magazines (WIENER, WIENERIN). She entered ORF-Enterprise in 1997 overseeing creation and sale of product placement/sponsoring in TV productions for seven years. She then ran the International Content Sales & Acquisitions department before becoming CFO of ORF Enterprise in 2010. She is responsible for finance, content sales & licensing and oversees ORF-Enterprises music publishing house (ORF-Enterprise Musikverlag).

Since 2017, Cox-Riesenfelder is also Managing Director of ORF Online & Teletext, responsible for the VOD Service Tvthek.orf.at.

Beatrice Cox-Riesenfelder was educated in France and Austria and speaks German, French, English, Italian and Spanish. She studied communications in Vienna (Master of Arts) and did her post graduate degree in International Economics in Frankfurt a. Main (Master of Business Administration).
